Wells recently graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill earning a degree in Management and Society. He is easygoing and works well with others. Throughout college, Wells worked in the athletic communications departments at both the Universities of Georgia and North Carolina. In these roles, he assisted with media relations at sporting events and wrote featured stories. In his free time, Wells enjoys playing golf, spending time with friends, and pulling for the Bulldogs and Tar Heels.


gracie cadwell

Gracie graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Public Relations. She is passionate about serving others, bringing them together, and creating spaces and projects to be complete and appealing. During her time in Gainesville, she pursued her passion for leading and discipling others through her presidency of the ministry Doulos and serving as her sorority’s chaplain. Gracie gained beneficial marketing skills through her UF classes and summer internships. You will often find Gracie often cooking, baking, hiking, playing pickleball, reading, and spending time with the people she loves.


Isabelle dean

Isabelle majored in Human and Organizational Leadership Development and minored in Philosophy and Religious Studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While in college, Isabelle spent a semester abroad at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland where she found a love of adventuring in new cultures. She also spent many days hanging out at the North Carolina Study Center, a ministry cultivating Christian life and thought on UNC’s campus. You can often find Isabelle spending time with friends and family, listening to music with an indie flare, catching up with friends at her favorite coffee shop, Brakeman’s, and working as a raft guide at the U.S. National Whitewater Center!


JESSIE HOSCH

Jessie majored in Marketing at the University of Florida in Gainesville. While at the University of Florida, Jessie was involved with the Navigators, lead as a youth group leader at her church, and served as a Team Leader at Chick-fil-A. She is passionate about emotionally healthy spirituality and understanding the why behind people’s actions. For fun, Jessie enjoys exploring nature, attempting artsy endeavors, and going on walks with friends. She is most excited about building community during the Fellows Program and discovering more about God and His heart for His people. Jessie’s current obsession is the reality TV show Big Brother and her new Owala water bottle. She is so excited to meet everyone in Charlotte and dive into a new chapter of life!


RACHEL LABS

Rachel graduated from Slippery Rock University in Slippery Rock, PA with a major in Public Health and a minor in Art. She enjoys new experiences that foster an attitude of learning and growing. Rachel loves to be creative in any way possible. Her favorite media is acrylic paint and she has done several commissioned pet portraits as well as has gotten into a few juried art shows with her other work. Rachel is passionate about caring for people and giving everyone an equal opportunity to thrive without the toll of not having access to the health care they need. She is interested in how disparities and social determinants affect health care in a broad sense. Rachel was a part of many intramural sports teams like basketball and soccer in college and loves to stay active and be outdoors. She has run three half marathons to keep her goal-oriented and to fulfill her need for a good challenge. 


Allie Wallace

Allie majored in Retail and Merchandising Management at The University of Tennessee - Knoxville. During college, she was involved with Young Life and led at a high school in Knoxville for 3 years. From this experience, she became passionate about bringing people together and making them feel like they always have a friend. From Allie’s experience in retail and ministry, she saw the intersection of having the ability to see and meet people’s needs. Allie loves to be with people she loves, go on walks with a coffee in hand, read, try new restaurants, and play pickleball.
