Kathryn Trice

Executive Director

A native Charlottean, Kathryn is familiar with all that the great city of Charlotte has to offer. After getting her undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Kathryn moved out west and worked at Pepperdine University where she initially realized her passion of working alongside young adults. Following her time in California, Kathryn earned an MA in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando.

A trained counselor, Kathryn enriches her role with a thoughtful understanding of human interaction and a deep desire to help young adults grow spiritually, emotionally, and professionally. Before leading the Fellows program, Kathryn worked at My Next Season, a firm dedicated to helping companies and individuals with career transitions at all points on the career continuum. She is also a counselor for The Rest Initiative that seeks to care for those that are in ministry. In her free time, Kathryn enjoys visiting her niece and nephews, taking dance classes, and cheering on the Tar Heels.

Connor Harris

Program Coordinator

Connor Harris serves as Program Coordinator working alongside Kathryn. A Charlotte Fellows alum, Connor knows and loves this program, and has been passionate about supporting the ministry since graduating in 2020. She loves getting to serve recent college graduates as well as the broader Fellows community through her role. Connor seeks to help fellows find joy in the details of integrating into life after college, as she knows how meaningful it is.

Connor also works as an Operational Support Specialist for Sidekick Therapy Partners, a speech therapy provider based in TN and NC. She was raised in Nashville, TN and earned a degree in Communication Studies from the University of Tennessee. Though she is a Tennessee girl at heart, she is thrilled to be relocated back to the Queen City! In her spare time, you can find Connor watching her Vols play, spending time with her husband and black lab (Huckleberry), seeing a movie in theaters (with a Coke Icee and popcorn of course), listening to a podcast on a long walk, or searching for live music!
